Normally, MyElectronics ships the same day when the order is received and paid before 4 p.m. CET.
Within the Netherlands with PostNL or UPS. The rest of the world with UPS.

For the Netherlands with UPS: € 12.00 ex. VAT
For Europe with UPS: € 19.00 ex. VAT
For USA and Canada with UPS: € 39.00

If you wish to return articles supplied by MyElectronics, you can request a return form (by email) or download it from the website. You must complete this Return Form in full and return it together with the delivered items within 14 working days after receipt of the delivered items in the original packaging, sending a copy of the invoice or packing slip in question and preferably stating the reason for the return .
If the items are unused and have been returned correctly and on time, MyElectronics will refund you the price paid, with the exception of shipping and insurance costs, as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after receipt of the items.
If the items delivered by MyElectronics are not returned within the "trial period" of 14 working days, the items will be considered accepted by you without any objection.
The following are excluded from the return right:
Batteries and accumulators;
(Articles with) software;
Floppy disks, CDs, DVDs and other media;
Consumables such as cartridges and the like;
Specially/Custom built systems
Return of items is for your account and risk. It is advisable to request proof of shipment for returns.
MyElectronics guarantees the quality of the articles delivered by it for 12 months after delivery. Warranty claims can only be submitted to MyElectronics in writing within 14 days after discovery of the defect, with a short description of the defect and a copy of the invoice. This guarantee means that if the conditions are met, MyElectronics repairs or replaces the item (at MyElectronics's option) without having to pay the costs thereof.
However, this guarantee does not include any additional costs, such as necessary (structural work, etc.) provisions made in the context of the repair or replacement.
This warranty does not apply if:
You have made changes to the item or device and / or a possible warranty seal has been broken
Defects are caused by incorrect or improper use, such as non-observance of the accompanying instructions;
The defect was caused by intent or gross negligence;
In case of external calamity, such as lightning, power outages, natural disasters, etc .;
MyElectronics was not (timely) given the opportunity to investigate the complaint and possibly repair the defect.
